My wife and I were buying a new car at Prime Toyota in Saco and weren't happy with their trade-in offer for our vehicle. I posted a listing on Facebook marketplace and within 4 hour hours, Jay was at my house. My defenses immediately went up when he introduced himself as a dealer and started showing me the app on his phone that he used to decide how much to pay for a car and what he could realistically sell it for. I re-stated the price I wanted, Jay called his partner and we agreed on a price that was more than the two other people who drove the car earlier wanted to pay. In the end, our new car dealer raised their trade-in offer. With the money we saved on sales tax, that turned out to be the better, easier deal for us, but I was really impressed with Jay's honesty, professionalism, follow-up and energy. I'm pretty sure I'm going the used car route for my next car. When I do, I'll be calling Jay and recommending him to all my local friends in the meantime. I'm not surprised to see so many reviews mentioning him by name as a great person to work with. He truly is.

The service and quality at Automile are second-to-none! I purchased a Toyota Tundra 2 years ago and the thing still runs better than Joan Benoit Samuelson! As a permanently and totally disabled veteran I was blown away when the owner recognized me this morning struggling to shovel the snow bank at the end of my driveway and he told me to give him a few minutes and he would be back with a plow to take care of it for me. I couldn’t believe he remembered a customer from 2021, and was willing to take time out of his day to help me! My only regret is that I love the truck so much and won’t need to buy another from him for several years! Thanks Automile Motors for great service, quality, and for helping a local disabled veteran!

Got a very good deal on a truck. Easy to work with. Jay is the guy to deal with! I found a couple small warranty items during inspection and they took care of it no questions. Mechanic working the shop is very knowledgeable and straight forward. Definitely looking here when I need another vehicle.

Justin at Auto Mile Motors was fantastic to deal with. He gave me top dollar for my trade-in and the truck I bought was priced well under KBB value when it could have easily been priced at the higher side of the value range. Justin even called me the next day to point out that I had a lot of life left on the extended warranty on my trade-in and I should call and cancel it to get some money back.
